Romance Packages and Theme Packages

"We Cater to Romantic Couples"

Retreat to one of our luxurious guestrooms and enjoy a custom created Romance Basket, intended for just the two of you. The basket comes with bath amenities, candles in metal or glass containers, chocolates, your choice of an iced bottle of Champagne, White Wine, non-alcoholic Sparkling Apple Cider (available seasonally) or Sparkling White Grape Juice, and a pair of champagne flutes, all yours to enjoy here, and to take home with you. $45.00

Also, we offer a smaller version, a basket of bath amenities, for $10.00.

"TWO NIGHT GET-AWAY": (Our Most Popular Package!)

Enjoy two night's lodging in one of our spacious guest rooms, a gift certificate to a fine local restaurant, and one of our individually created Romance Baskets, for the price of $305-$325, plus tax. The Baskets consist of bath amenities, candles in containers, chocolates, a pair of champagne flutes, and your choice of an iced bottle of Champagne, White Wine, non-alcoholic Sparkling White Grape Juice, or Sparkling Apple Cider (available seasonally), which is placed in an ice bucket in your room. Included in the price is a full breakfast each morning, served in the Formal Dining room.

**Are you Interested in this package, but can't stay two nights? For a one night stay and one of our Romance Baskets, the cost is $160-$170+ tax.

THEME PACKAGES

"LADIE'S NIGHT OUT": Book all four of our guest rooms, located on the private second floor of the old school, for one night. The central hallway, with TV/VCR, is spacious enough for gathering in the cozy seating areas. There will be a small dish of chocolates and a chilled bottle of white wine in each room. This package is designed to give the ladies a much deserved break from all those daily responsibilities we all have! Included is a full breakfast, served in the Formal Dining room. Special pricing for this package is $514.00, plus tax, for 8 guests: add $15 for one additional guest, for a maximum of 9 guests.

**** To stay two nights with this package, add $490 (8 guests), or $505 (9 guests).

Scrap booking Weekends: Plan your weekend now! Early check-in on Friday at 1PM. Included in your weekend is: two night's accommodations, five meals: (Dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch, & dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday), snacks & beverages all weekend, and unlimited use of the large Dining Room for your Scrap booking! We have a Michael's store, and a large Hobby Lobby store, both with very large selections of scrap booking supplies, a few miles from the B & B. Each participant will also find chocolates in her room. Late check-out is 1PM on Sunday. (This is intended for groups of 8 or 9 ladies, with the four guest rooms taken by your group.) Prosperity School was investigated by (CASPR) The Central Arkansas Society for Paranormal Research, on the 14th & 15th of October, and on November 26th, 2005, by the Director. Also, there is an on-going investigation underway by MoSo, a group of Paranormal Researchers from Missouri So. State U. Jason & Grant, of TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society), were here in October, 2006! Other Paranormal groups who have investigated us are NWA Ghost Connection and Southeast Kansas Paranormal Investigators (SEKPI).

John Zaffis and Christopher Moon will be doing an overnight investigation here in October, 2007!

Special Occasions Enjoy your special event in the old historic schoolhouse. We can accommodate a variety of small gatherings. The Brunches and Lunches are limited to between six and twelve guests. Use of the Dining Room/Parlor areas is $75/hour, with a two-hour minimum, and one hour free for your set-up. We will provide tea, cups, and use of our silver serving trays. Food and clean-up (of disposable items & food) will be your responsibility, either by your prep or by catering. During the week, (Monday-Thursday) the cost is $45/hour. Hours of availability: 10AM - 4PM.
